Mellon has reinvented suturing. We have envisioned the perfect suturing device and then have set out to manufacture it. Working together with surgeons, medical consultants, industrial designers and ergonomics experts, Mellon has brought suturing technology into the 21st century.

Our mission is to improve medical procedures by providing the best possible tools. The starting point is always the clinical need to improve patient care. Our suturing device, the Switch^®, is designed for surgeons who perform the most challenging operations.
